The house has recently won an award from Broadland District Council for it's sympathetic renovation of the earlier property. It stands on top of a sweeping lawn that leads down to the river Bure. It's the perfect place to spend a day fishing or just sitting and watching the boats pass by.

Inside the house there's a mix of traditional style with exposed brickwork, wood beams & the open fireplace along with modern conveniences like under floor heating and a fully equipped kitchen, not that you'll have to do any cooking.
The (Full English) breakfast is cooked for you whilst you sit and enjoy the views.
